CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us. The policy concerning the processing of the refund, shall be following the clauses as set forth:
1. RETURN REQUESTS
Upon your purchase of the product through the Company’s Platform, you do not have the right to place a return request or process a return request on general grounds. If the product so delivered is Damage when received, Wrong Goods delivered, Quality not matched as per description, the User or the Customer may raise a request for the Return of the product by contacting the concerned seller on the Platform within 24 hours from the delivery of the product.
A return request shall be made only when the Customer has sufficient proofs for the product to be damaged on delivery or the product so delivered is incorrect. The Company holds final discretionary powers to determine whether return requests can be granted.

2. PROCESSING OF REFUND
The Company does not provide refunds, exchanges or general returns of products bought through the platform. The customer shall provide refunds on extraordinary subject to the following:
a. the Customer may raise a request for the Refund of the product by contacting the Company at “firstname.lastname@example.org“ the Platform within 24 hours from the delivery of the product.
b. A refund request shall be made only when the Customer has sufficient proofs for the product to be damaged on delivery or the product so delivered is incorrect.
c. The Company holds final discretionary powers to determine whether refund requests can be granted.
The Company does not provide refunds on any of the subscription packages opted by the sellers from the subscription page on general grounds. On extraordinary circumstances shown by the seller, the Company shall have discretionary powers as to determine the validity of the refund request by the Seller.
The Company does not provide refunds on advertisement space purchased by the from the payments dashboard on general grounds. On extraordinary circumstances shown by the Seller, the Company shall have discretionary powers as to determine the validity of the refund request by the Seller.

As a User you may cancel your order any time before payment of the product is processed to the Company. After the Company has received payment the User shall pay a fees according to stage of the delivery process. The company holds discretionary deciding powers to determine the penalty charges to be paid on a case by case basis.
The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any order/subscription:
a. if it suspects a User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
c. If it suspects a User has posted defamatory statements on the Platform
d. if the Company does not want to do business with the User
Further, while all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of service specifications and pricing, the details of the product as reflected on the platform may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect service information provided to the Company by the Seller and in such an event you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the Company.
We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.
