DELIVERY & RETURNS

Note: In order to qualify for two days delivery, you must place your order by 1400 hrs Monday to Friday. If you order anytime on a Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your goods on the following Wednesday. Any orders placed on  Holidays  will be delivered 2 working days later. Orders are not processed on holidays. Deliveries are made within working hours and will require a signature of the recipient, For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where the recipient will be available at all working hours. Three delivery attempts will be made, 2 calling cards will be left and on the third attempt, a held at depot note will be left where the item will be returned to our warehouse after 5 days.

Please note: 20000+ Selected post code / Pincode delivery charge is free for India. Rest are chargeable depending on shipping address. Shipping charge will display after enter your shipping details on checkout page.

For Outside India delivery please email us before placing an order cs@leathermanfashion.com or your order may be cancel automatically by our end.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that our goods are faulty, please log in to your account with www.leathermanfashion.com to request a Returns Number within 7 days of your original delivered date. Please follow the instructions to return your item. If you have returned the goods to us within a reasonable amount of time and we agree that the goods are faulty we shall offer you a full refund as an ‘on-line store credit’ to your account with www.leathermanfashion.com or replacement (depending on stock availability).

All returned items must have a Returns Number (RN). You may obtain a RN by logging into your account on www.leathermanfashion.com and requesting a return. Alternatively you can email us at cs@leathermanfashion.com or sales@leathermanfashion.com. This Returns Number should be written on your original invoice and on the return shipping label. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. We request that all goods are returned within 10 days of the date of your request for a RN.

All goods which have been returned in line with the Returns and Refunds policy will be credited as an ‘on-line store credit’ to your account with www.leathermanfashion.com if the item is faulty.

www.leathermanfashion.com has the right in its absolute discretion, at any time and without notice, to amend, remove or vary the services and/or any page on this website.

Occasionally, the delivery of your order may be delayed. This can be for various reasons out of our control such as import delays or higher than anticipated demand. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed. Orders which have a different billing and shipping address may also be subject to delays whilst we perform additional credit checks.

LFPL will not be held responsible for delays and cancellations where the data supplied by the customer is incorrect or inadequate.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a full refund (including shipping charges, if applicable).

Reasons for Undeliverable Packages

A package is sometimes deemed undeliverable due to one of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect Address: If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to the seller by the courier service. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order. To remove an outdated or incorrect address from your account or add a new one.
  • Other Address Problems: In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process, or that the courier service made a mistake and left the package at a different address than what was printed on the label.
  • Failed Delivery Attempt: If nobody is available to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to the seller.
  • Damaged During Transit: If a package is damaged on its way to you, the courier service will return it to the seller without attempting delivery.

Reason for Cancellation

Your order can be cancel if your delivery address is incorrect or undeliverable by our courier service. For that you will be issued a full refund (including shipping charges, if applicable).
