If we are affected by any such event then time for performance shall be extended for a period equal to the period that such event or events delayed such performance.

The T&C will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of INDIA and you irrevocably submit to theexclusive jurisdiction of the Calcutta High Court and/or its Sub-ordinate Court.

Terms of Sale

The onsite currency conversion is a currency conversion guide only. Therefore the final charged price may vary slightly depending on the present exchange rate. The actual exchange rate of the transaction will be determined by the cardholders bank/card company at the time of purchase.

No contract is created until we have accepted your order and sent you an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation within one working day please email us at cs@leathermanfashion.com to the status of your order. In the unlikely event that the product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an increase in price that has not been updated on this website we will not process your order and will instead alert you immediately to the actual price of the goods. You will then have the option to proceed at this updated price. If we do not hear back from you we will treat this order as cancelled.

All our non-INDIA orders are zero rated for VAT.

You, the customer, are responsible for investigating any customs duty that may be applicable on worldwide orders. As an INDIA based company, we will not accept any responsibility for additional custom duty charges imposed by your country customs.

Every product is sold subject to the product description and supporting information such as size, colour, estimated delivery dates and guarantees. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on the display quality of your viewing device, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all of the product details, descriptions and prices are correct at the time when the information is uploaded onto the website. Prices

All prices exclude GST and are subject to change without prior notice.

We ship to all countries outside of the INDIA on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase. Occasionally goods may be subjected to delays, due to customs or weather or for any reasons beyond the control of LFPL, LFPL shall not be held responsible for any such delay. The customer is responsible for providing any information and payment required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. LEATHERMAN FASHION PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for the actions of local customs. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty.

Warranty

All product(s) purchased from our website www.leathermanfashion.com carry a one month limited warranty against defects in material or workmanship from the date of your purchase. If within this period you detect a fault, the product will be repaired or, if necessary, replaced at no extra cost (an original proof of purchase will be required in order to avail such option) on a case by case basis at our sole discretion. This warranty is void if the leather product has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, natural wear and tear or other factors and not due to defects in materials or workmanship, or if a valid receipt is not included. For all purchases of our product(s) through any third party online shopping / departmental stores / boutique / shops etc; please refer to their terms and conditions of the warranty provided by them.
